These custom personalized pet id tags are perfect for any dog. We offer the cutest designs, so a perfect fit for any puppy. You can customize them with your pet's name and contact phone number.
These tags come with ONE name on the front and ONE phone number on the back. Some of our tags have a cute phrase, such as- I'm Lost, Call My Parents, or I'm Chipped! Those are the only short phrases we will add to the back. There is an order special instructions box when you view your cart, you can leave the personalization information there.
It's always a fear for pet owners that the dogs may get out and get lost. Often times dogs are found without tags, and there is no way to contact the owners. Our tags will ensure that if your dog is found, you can be contacted right away. They are also stylish tags, so your pup will look adorable.
All tags are printed directly onto the metal. There are no stickers, the design will not come off. Will withstand dirt, sun and water making the dog tag long lasting. These tags are double sided as shown.
When including your information for personalization when checking out, please include ONE NAME, ONE NUMBER AND ONE OF THE 3 SHORT PHRASES- LOST/CALL PARENTS/CHIPPED. If more than ONE number is included, we will only use the first one provided.
PLEASE double check the spelling, personalization will be added exactly as given ie; Max vs. MAX. Please note that cursive fonts, WILL NOT be printed in all capital letters. Some fonts only have capital letters, if the design is shown with all caps, then that is the way the lettering will be.
